President Uhuru Kenyatta issued his last state of nation address at the parliament building where many leaders were in attendance.
Uhuru's speech turned out to be very long to an extent some of those present began complaining and dozing off as he proceeded addressing the people.
At one point the president was forced to admit that his speech was long and he was trying to cut it as short as he could so that he wouldn't delay them.
During this period,as cameras surveyed the building the former PM Raila was spotted dozing off as his brother Uhuru continued with the speech.
Raila seemed to be extremely exhausted and he couldn't hold any as much as he tried to keep awake the entire session, the sleep overpowered him .
