Raila Amollo Odinga is a Kenyan politician, one of the most influential person in Kenya, he is also the handshake partner with His Excellency Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta and also he aspires to become the next president of Kenya under the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance.
Recently there has been debate on the manual register and the Kenya Kwanza Alliance says that as long as the IEBC will assure them on the electronic register then they have no problem on the manual register.
Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance on the other hand they have asked the IEBC to put in place manual register during the election period.
Today, Rt Hon Raila Amollo Odinga was in Mt Kenya region where Raila has spoken more concerning the election.
According to him there will be no election if the IEBC will not a manual register together with the Biometric registration.
