'Kalonzo Angewezana?' Karua Sets The Bar Too High as She Burns Midnight Oil to Popularise Azimio

The entry of indefatigable former Justice minister and NARC Kenya Party leader Martha Karua within the top ranks of Azimio la Umoja coalition has fully rejuvenated Odinga's campaign ratings in mount Kenya region where DP Ruto had endeared himself for the last for years.

Barely three days after her nomination, Karua with the support of unflinching agriculture cabinet secretary Peter Munya has exhibited a never seen before energy as she retreated to her home county, Kirinyaga, and mount Kenya East where she launched a charm offensive against UDA.

Today, the Karua-led campaign caravan took Meru County by storm where she was accorded unanticipated arousing welcome considered the inroads deputy President William Ruto had made in the area.

Even as darkness set in, Karua still had the willpower to transition with campaigns in several stopovers within the vote-rich county where, going by the current mood, Raila Odinga may win big and DP Ruto sent back to the drawing board.

With the current ambitious and determined spirit of Martha Karua, some quarters have even questioned Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka's ability to stage such a spirited fight given his too many demands which are usually accompanied by blackmail and intimidation.

Do you believe the Martha Karua factor has really sent shockwaves across the elusive mountain and caused jitters in the Kenya Kwanza Alliance?
