The race to wooing the Mt Kenya region to support one Presidential aspirant is one as various leaders are trying to get a share of the votes from this vote rich region.
The leaders from this region have formed several teams with the latest being the Mt Kenya forum comprising of Gatundu South Member of Parliament Hon Moses Kuria, Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua and TPS leader Mwangi Kiunjuri.
Speaking on an exclusive interview with Oliver Mathenge, Mwangi Kiunjuri gave a clear view of the purpose of the Mt Kenya forum that is gaining more popularity each and every week.
Mwangi Kiunjuri stated: "This is a forum of like-minded leaders who want us to be more united and forwarding looking. We're focused, experienced and articulate the people's issues. Even the Constitution recognises a community of interest. The regional blocs formed by governors are communities of interest."
Well, should the Mt Kenya forum second a Presidential candidate or agree on having one of them become a running mate of one of the Presidential aspirants? Like, Comment, Share and Follow.
