Relief to Aisha Jumwa Following the Decision of Mombasa High Court.

The Malindi member of parliament Aisha Jumwa has a reason to smile following the decision of the court over the allegations that he should not be gazzetted for the political seat in the next general elections. The High Court in Mombasa has declined to temporarily stop the gazettement of Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa to vie for Kilifi governorship over claims of lacking a university degree certificate.

It is claimed that the MP's academic qualifications have questions and allegations drawn from them is that they are not legit. This has contributed to his case that was in court to block her from contesting a seat in the next general elections.

Aishwa Jumwa now can do her campaigns freely and can also urge people from his geographical region to vote for her following the decision made by the court. The issue of academic papers and qualification has affected many political personnel this time round.
