Mumias East Mp Hon Benjamin Washiali has faulted Raila Odinga for not attending yesterday's prayer meeting in Nairobi, saying that He has began neglecting matters of National importance despite promising to unite Kenyans, adding that His rival William Ruto demonstrated good Governance by availing himself and giving Kenyans hope.
Washiali says that Raila decided to escape the prayer session while jetting to the western Kenya region to drum support for His Bid, urging that He has clearly shown that He won't stick to His word of helping Kenyans by sticking to matters of National importance. Washiali also alleged that Odinga was avoiding Dp Ruto because of their political differences, hence showing signs of splitting their supporters from all sides.
"Raila decided to ignore the call to attend the national breakfast prayer meeting deliberately and went to campaign in Western, since He does not believe that the prayers could help Him anywhere, and He also showed that He won't stick to His promises to help Kenyans with national problems since He just ignored a very important meeting since He has His own political differences with Ruto."Washiali says.
He went ahead to say that Raila crashed the efforts of fresh Aspirants in Nyanza by imposing His old brother to be the Senator for Siaya and His sister Ruth Odinga to be the Women Representative for Kisumu County, saying that Raila is against Democracy and youthful leadership. The Mp warned Odinga against trying to do the same in western Region, adding that they have started their war against Him while removing His support so that their people support competent leaders.
"Raila is one of the leaders who have been preaching about democracy and youthful leadership but we can clearly see that He took His brother who is old to be the Siaya Senator through ODM ticket, and His Sister to replace the current women representative in Kisumu instead of letting Luos select the leader they want. We are currently educating our people to destroy the fake illusions that He is the only savior. We want them to open their eyes and vote in very competent leaders. "He added.
Washiali spoke today in Vihiga in company of Mudavadi, Wetangula and other Kenya Kwanza leaders.
