Photos of Diana Chepkemoi that circulated earlier on online where she appeared skinny and of low health after going to Saudi Arabia and before she was there ,followed by claims that she was being mistreated at the gulf estate, have been withdrawn by the Saudi Arabia Embassy saying that it's a normal health condition and she was not mistreated by anyone.

The foreign affairs permanent Secretary Macharia Kamau tweeted that Diana was not in safe hands. The matter was taken up by Kenyan ambassador in Saudi Arabia and the lady is now in safe hands as said by Macharia.

The statement said the Kenyan embassy in Saudi Arabia "is fully aware" of Chepkemoi's medical condition. The embassy has stated that they are keen to protect full rights of residents living on its lands of various nationalities and that the laws followed in the Kingdom are strict towards any practices that violate human dignity, whoever they are," the statement affirmed.
