Just a day after finding himself in a rather awkward position after falsely announcing the death of famous politician Charles Njonjo, former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has once again landed himself in similar trouble.
This was after Sonko took to his Twitter page to insensitively speculate about the alleged death of a senior female leader, whom he claimed had died of a fatal road accident.
While avoiding finding himself in a situation similar to that of Sunday, Sonko, without being sensitive with his language, claimed he had sent his SRT boys (maiti department) to rush to the morgue and "take selfies with her wanitumie so that I can confirm the correct details".
Sonko's language, however, seemed to have angered many, who came out to attack him saying the former Governor is fast losing his mi9nd and becoming insensitive in his social media posts.
This publication can, however, not verify if Sonko's claims are true or just another of his fake posts. The name of the alleged leader, however, still remains synonymous. Here are some of the comments from netizens;
