Why Miguna May Again Fail to Come Back Even After The Court Ruling

Exiled Lawyer Dr. Miguna Miguna has all the reasons to be happy after the court has ordered his legal return to the country to be facilitated.

Miguna lost his right to live in the country following the aftermath of the tightly contested 2017 presidential elections that were laden with irregularity claims.

A few days ago, the lawyer was stopped en route to Kenya as Air France refused to board him on claims that red alerts had been issued by the state against him.

However now, Miguna has all the reasons to smile as finally, the court has ordered his return. Despite this joy, Miguna may yet again face another heartbreak if the Kenyan Embassy in Berlin, Germany fails to issue him with an emergency travel document.

However, Miguna has confirmed that he will be at the embassy in the next few hours to pick up the document. In addition, he has congratulated those who helped his dream come true.
