In order to conduct preliminary investigations into the passing of Embakasi East returning officer Daniel Musyoka, the DCI from the Forensic Unit in Embakasi, Nairobi, has arrived at the morgue of the Loitokitok Sub County hospital.

In order to learn more about the circumstances surrounding the poll agency fatality, the sleuths traveled to the morgue on Tuesday morning with the grieving relatives of the murdered Embakasi East returning officer.

Police officials from Loitoktok, Kajiado South sub-county, received a report of a middle-aged man's body in the bush on Monday evening.

The body was recognized by his sisters, Mary Mwikali and Ann Mboya, at the Loitokitok sub-county mortuary, according to Loitok Tok police chief Kipruto Ruto.

"His two sisters were the ones who recognized the body yesterday night at the Loitoktok Sub County Hospital. We are awaiting word from police headquarters on whether to transport the body to a municipal morgue or stay here. " Mr. Ruto stated.

At the Embakasi East polling place in Nairobi county, Mr. Musyoka, 53, was working as the returning officer.

Mr. Ruto claims that herders at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro's Kilombero forest found the body of a middle-aged man early on Monday.

Herders discovered the terrible discovery. According to reports, the body was thrown into the valley of a seasonal dry river. The DCI from the Embakasi Forensic Unit arrived at the Loitokitok Sub County Hospital Mortuary for initial investigations with family members of the murdered Embakasi East RO.
