Kimilili Mp Didmus has called upon investigation departments to find out the source of resources and vehicles which Azimio Presidential candidate is using.
Speaking at Kenya Kwanza rally in Bungoma, Barasa said Raila should be arrested to explain why he is using Government vehicles, fuel and resources in his campaign despite lacking a clear role in Government.
"He is neither elected nor appointed yet he is wasting tax payers' money instead of performing his opposition role," he said.
He has linked his woes to politics and claimed that the move which the government took and snatched him a CDF car was spearheaded by him being in Kenyan Kwanza.
"It is unfortunate that the police took one car which I was using yet my colleagues in Azimio are using several," he said.
He has called upon the government to stop misusing the state organs to intimidate allies of William Ruto and tackle Raila citing that he has caused a lot of loses to government.
