4 Keys Things Azimio- OKA Wants Kinoti To Submit To Court About The Three Venezuelan Nationals

When passing through Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, three Venezuelan nationals were caught with IEBC stickers a few weeks before the August 9 presidential election. The stickers were designed to be used during the voting process. The location of the three foreign nationals is now unknown. Now, Raila needs some information from Kinoti, so he's asked for the following details on the three of them.

They are asking the court to compel Kinoti to bring in any evidence relating to the Venezuelan nationals, including but not limited to report statements, photographs, devices, and phones. The next step is to file a motion asking the judge to compel Kinoti to bring any relevant paperwork to the court hearing.

In addition, the Azimio group has asked the court to mandate a thorough forensic analysis of all of the IEBC's equipment, systems, and technology used in the 2016 presidential election. This petition is filed with the expectation that it will be granted by the court. All of the KIEMs—the kits, the servers, the website, and the portal—serve this greater goal.

They also want the court to nullify Chebukati's declaration that DP William Ruto and his running mate Rigathi Gachagua won the poll. William Ruto and Rigathi Gachagua both sought the same office.
