Today, Baringo Senator Hon Gideon Moi was endorsed by the KANU party to be the party's presidential candidate in the next year's General Election. The function was attended by former prime minister Raila Odinga and One Kenya Alliance co-principals.
And now, Deputy President William Ruto director of communication Emmanual Talam has revealed ODM leader running mate for the much anticipated 2022 polls. Through his Twitter account, Talam alleges that Moi will be Raila Odinga's running mate.
"So Moi Gideon will be Raila Odinga running mate in 2022 Supported by Kalonzo Musyoka and maybe, just maybe Musalia Mudavadi. The race is set. The people vs The System." Emmanuel Talam wrote on his Twitter account page.Though Governor Wycliffe Oparanya and Businessman Jimmy Wanjigi have shown their interest to run for the presidency using the ODM party, Raila Odinga is expected also to make his fifth attempt for the top seat in the country.
Several political pundits have predicted that the former prime minister might pick his running mate from the vast Mount Kenya region. It is just a matter of time to know all this.
