Raila has once again made his way to Githurai bringing traffic to a standstill in the busy Thika superhighway. The area residents could be seen escorting Raila’s motorcade to the region with BodaBoda riders leading the pack that was well organized.
Raila Odinga visits coming at a time when the country is slowly headed to the polls with campaigns taking center stage. The region seemingly attracting presidential hopefuls who are keen on ensuring that they convince the voters to vote them in.
Raila visiting the region is a clear indication that 2022 is a no joke and that he is going for nothing but the presidency. Businesses in the region were closed as Raila’s motorcade made its way to the region which was recently visited by Deputy President William Ruto a few weeks ago. Raila has vowed to bring change to the region.
