MPs of Mt.Kenya region have come out strongly to state that the president should be blatant on who he would support in the coming general elections. His support for Raila is unnoticed and they wish that he could publicize his stand on supporting Raila.
All stated that his veiled support on his choice of the 2022 presidential bid is what has led to the confusion in the Mt.Kenya region, let alone give their rivals an upperhand against them. The Secretary General Raphael Tuju and vice-chairman David Murathe also showed support to their statements.
The star reveals that Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru despite showering Raila with accolades last week as one who contributed mostly to devolution, came out to mention that anyone is legible for the presidential bid come 2022 provided they come out strongly and air out their agenda. This means that wrangles are still to arise on whom to have as their candidate come 2022.
