The government of Kenya to be precise Uhuru Kenyatta has banned political rallies and all sorts of gathering exceeding 100 people for the next 60 days. However, it has come to the attention of interior cabinet secretary Fred Matiang'i and permanent secretary hon kibicho that there are church leaders allowing campaigns to go on the church.
"Personalization and building of cultism in political and public life poses a recipe for electron chaos. I agree with interior cabinet secretary free matiang'i when he challenges church leaders to speak the truth and preach the gospel of the no campaigns in church" says Wangui the ministry of interior communication director.
PPermanentSecretary on the same matters has urged church leaders to preach peace and not to allow politicians to rive them. "We must stand up and preach peace we are losing many victims in politics than In terrorist", Kibicho says. Its now up to leaders in the church to be on the front line and help in guarding this country as we fight the pandemic.
