Homabay county succession politics is yet another very much heated debate in the county and there here several heavyweight big wig politicians who have come out and they will be going for the seat seeking to replace the outgoing governor Cyprian Achilaus Otieno Awiti.
Some of these politician's include the former Nairobi Governor Dr. Evans's Kidero who had already announced his ambition's for the seat and is currently making his campaigns.
The former Kasipul Kabondo MP and former Homabay county Gubernatorial race Candidate Oyugi Magwanga will also be in the ballot and he had already declared his interest for the seat.
A Businessman and a politician by the name Jared Kiasa had also declared his interest for the seat and he will be in the ballot next year.
The Suba Mp John Mbadi I'd also another candidate and he could be going for the seat come 2022.
