Deputy President William Ruto's staunch ally has broke the silence after he narrowly escaped death by a whisker.
Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria, a staunch all of DP Ruto and People's Empowerment(PEP) party leader escaped death narrowly after chaos erupted in Juja constituency yesterday night during vote counting,leading IEBC chairman to suspend votes counting.
Taking to his Facebook account,Moses kuria narrated his experience during yesterday night events, he said they are stuck at Mangu High School where counting was taking place.
Hon kuria added that they his colleagues and him escaped a narrow death last evening by a whisker, something that forced him to acknowledge God as the leader and protector.
"This tragic story of 18th May 2021 will require a lot of energy to tell. It will be told for generations to come. For now all we can say is at this hour 3.42am on 19th May 2021, we are still stuck at the Mangu High School. We are not sure when we will leave this centre. That we escaped death by a whisker last evening is the most vivid proof that God is indeed still in the throne. We need your prayers above all else"
According to the reports, indicate the confrontations that was witnessed forced police officers to fire guns on the air.
Meanwhile Moses Kuria's candidate George Koimburi under the Hustler Nation had taken an early lead followed by Jubilee candidate susan Waititu.
