Big Win for DP William Ruto as Another Top Leader Joins His Camp Ahead of August Polls

The deputy president William Ruto who is also the party leader of the United Democratic Alliance is one of the top presidential candidates eyeing to succeed president Uhuru in August general elections.

Ruto and his allies have been touring several parts of the country as they convince people to support his presidential bid as well as his bottom-up economic approach.

He is battling for the seat with the former prime minister Raila Odinga of ODM party among other presidential hopefuls.

Hours after the Amani National Congress party boss, Musalia Mudavadi agreed to work with the deputy president in August polls, the second in command has been admitting a number of leaders into his United Democratic Alliance.

This morning, Ruto took to his social media platforms to announce that he welcomed the deputy governor for Makueni county, Adeline Mwau to UDA party.

The Hustler Nation I growing bigger and bigger. This morning, we welcomed Adelina Mwau, the deputy governor of Makueni county to UDA," DP Ruto wrote.
