Former Kiambu governor, Hon. William Kabogo has claimed that Kenya governance must lower the cost of Farming inputs. According to Kabogo, this move will enable farmers in Arable areas cut the cost of production and in turn increase their yields. This will in return turn Kenya into an Agricultural Powerhouse.
William Kabogo today joined Kenya Kwanza Alliance running mate, Hon. Rigathi Gachagua in Eldoret for the Uasin Gishu economic forum. In attendance to the forum was Uasin Gishu Governor, Hon. Jackson Mandago and Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Hon. Kipchumba Murkomen amongst other political leaders.
Kabogo statement comes a moment when he had said that deputy president and United Democratic Alliance, (UDA) presidential candidate, Hon. William Ruto appears to be favouring ANC party leader, Hon. Musalia Mudavadi and the Ford Kenya party boss, Hon. Moses Wetangula. This was after the affiliate parties deposited a coalition agreement with the Registrar of political parties indicating that Musalia Mudavadi will take up the Prime Cabinet Secretary position should Ruto win the August 9th general elections.
