Justin Muturi Sworn in as New AG at Supreme Court Building

Former Speaker of the National Assembly Justin Muturi, was appointed by President Ruto to be the new Attorney General of the Country for the next few years.

Justin Muturi went through the vetting process where he was approved by Parliament to be the new Attorney General of the Country.

He replaces outgoing Attorney General Kihara Kariuki who was appointed by Former President Uhuru Kenyatta a few years ago as per the reports that we have with us.

This morning, according to the available reliable reports that we have with us from The Judiciary, the new Attorney General of the Country, Justin Muturi, is currently being sworn into office at the Supreme Court building.

The new Attorney General is being sworn in as a member of the Judicial Service Commission by the Chief Justice of the Country, Martha Koome at the Supreme Court building in Nairobi this morning.

The Judiciary made the announcement a few moments ago on their official social media handle to let Kenyans know that their new Attorney General is taking his oath of office.
