The Deputy president William Ruto while in Kwale county continued to express his anger to the orange Democratic movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga.
The deputy president while addressing the locals he blamed Raila Odinga for dismantling of Jubilee government. He said that major sector in the government are held by ODM members . Specifically speaking the deputy mentioned that the Finance chair is the ODM member and Education chair also is ODM member.
The deputy president said that Jubilee government had four clear agenda famously Known as Big Four. According to the deputy the former prime minister Raila Odinga overturned everything and now the big four agenda has been set aside and now BBI has been given much attention as if it was among the big four agenda.
The government had set the big four agenda that it was to implement to the people this term . The Jubilee big Four agenda included:
2. Affordable housing
4. universal healthcare for all.
The deputy president William Ruto is in a three day tour to the coastal region to drum up his bid for 2022 presidential election. The deputy president also tries to get Major support in the region since the region has always been supporting ODM party leader Raila Odinga.
