Nairobi ward representatives acusses Sakaja for sidelining them and working with the azimio rivals. The representatives reminds him that it is UDA that voted him in his candidature. Sakaja claims that Nairobi people who voted him in. This happens after he appoints azimio people to higher positions in county positions without consulting UDA representatives. The UDA MCAS vets out 5 out of 33 members who were nominated by the governor for vetting. The UDA representatives says that if he continues working with the azimio people, then he should quit as a UDA nominee and go back to the ballot and acquire new gubernatorial candidature with other party.
Sakaja faces displinary commitee on Friday 23rd December evening to explain his course.
“The disciplinary committee of the UDA part is in receipt of various complaints against your infidelity to the party by appointing members of the opposition ODM party at the expense of UDA, a party that sponsored your candidature,” Njenga’s letter reads
