Democratic Action party which is associated to the outgoing Defence Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa, has warned the members of public and in particular the residents of Mumias East constituency residents against former member of Parliament Benjamin Washiali.
The party has claimed that the former member of Parliament is trying to sabotage the newly elected member of Parliament Hon. Peter Salasya.
The party claimed that Washiali has been trying to force payments on pending projects. They have warned members of the public and Mumias East that he is no longer the MP and should not transact on their behalf adding that the MP is Peter Salasya.
"This is to notify the general public and especially the people of Mumias East constituency that the person whose photo appears below Ben Washiali is no longer an MP. He has been trying to sabotage our MP @P_Salasya by trying to force payments on pending projects." The party posted on official social media pages.
