One of the counties that makes up the Southern Rift Valley region is called Bomet. The United Democratic Alliance party is now supported by Governor Hillary Barchok, who serves as the organization's current leader.
A message that was made by Miss Chero and published on her Twitter account stated that the hoarding had been constructed in the Bomet East Constituency. Due to a lack of social utilities such as power, roads, and water, the inhabitants viewed themselves as being on the periphery of society. It appears that the text on the hoarding said, "Bomet East, Longisa Ward Chepkesem and Maruriat, Welcome to the marginalised community where basic amenities are available." This is based on the photo of the hoarding.
