A well-known political scientist has emerged with allegations on how Raila Odinga will become the next President of the Republic of Kenya. Professor Mutahi Ngunyi who ails from mount Kenya has been a close person to President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Mutahi Ngunyi has alleged that the Jubilee legislators who are allied to UDA will be whipped by the party. Thereafter the party will be able to impeach the deputy president William Ruto because he has been popularising the UDA party and allegedly engaging in unconstitutional conduct.
Mutahi Ngunyi who seems to be too much focused, also alleges that the same number of legislators who will impeach Deputy President William Ruto will be used to pass the building bridges initiative bill.
As reported by Kenya news, Mutahi Ngunyi alleged that Raila Odinga will be appointed as the next Deputy president after the impeachment of DP Ruto. In his controversial message, the Professor has explained how President Uhuru Kenyatta will dissolve the parliament as per the former CJ advice thereafter Raila Odinga will be the president of the Republic of Kenya.
