"Baba Tosha" ODM Battalions Paint Kuria Constituency Orange As Details Of Crucial Meeting Emerges

Kuria Constituency was today painted orange after a section of area residents allied to Raila Odinga took to the town to popularize his agenda in this aforementioned area.

The over 70 party diehards vowing to ensure that Raila Odinga and the ODM party reap big in the region which has for long been assumed to be swing vote for many politicians.

From the video shared online, it was evident that the troop was keen on ensuring that they vote and also preach the ODM gospel in the region.

They also advocated for a peaceful election in the 2022 polls saying that it was the only way that they would ensure Raila wins the much- needed support.

Having initially promised to step down for his predecessors in the oncoming year of election, his allies look disappointed with his move this moment. This includes, Governor Joho, and Oparanya who had closely shown interest for his back up. Similarly, Jimmy Wanjigi, his closest supporter and a billionaire has also neither shown his interest to the state house.

The region voted for both Jubilee and ODM in the past elections but this time around things could be different because Jubilee is keen on merging with ODM while UDA continues to make inroads in the region with Ruto expected to visit soon.

IEBC voter registration was opened on 4th October and will be closed on 2nd November next month. The registration process could have inconvenienced many university students since they are away from home and they were required to travel back home or go to the nearest Huduma centre to register as a voter in polling station of their choice.

After a favour from IEBC registration exercise will be done in various universities and colleges in order to make it easier and cheaper for students who could have travelled home.
