Former African National Congress ANC party leader Hon Musalia Mudavadi has delivered bold Building Bridges Initiative BBI statement.
Taking to his Twitter handle on Saturday evening the former deputy prime minister boldly said the BBI drive was now not an issue.
He said the BBI referendum bill was now the biggest issue remaining.
He said right now the Kenyans needed to be educated about the details of the BBI and the things that will come up should the Building Bridges Initiative BBI initiative goes through come referendum time.
He said Kenyans were yearning to know what the BBI constitutional amendment contained.
"The issue now is not BBI. The issue is the Referendum Bill. BBI was a process. It is over. The Task Force was dissolved. We should be talking to the public about the Constitutional Amendment Bill and the Consequential Bills. The details are what Kenyans want to know" Mudavadi tweeted.
Recent polls have shown the support for BBI drive was way down at approximately 30% in the country.
Deputy president Dr William Samoei Ruto is the only top politicians who has openly attacked the initiative.

He and his Tanga Tanga camp have given the pro-handshake sleepless night ahead of the much anticipated BBI referendum which has been said to be held before June.
