William Ruto, the president, is abroad attending a significant conference in Ethiopia. He has already arrived in Ethiopia, where Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali welcomed him.
Before he and Abiy could oversee the opening of Safaricom in Ethiopia, he intended to undertake private meetings with the Prime Minister.
