Ken Obura is the former member of parliament for Kisumu Central a seat he lost to ODM'S candidate Fred Outa in the last general elections.
The former legislator is also the East African Community Chief Administrative Secretary and has so far declared that he will contest for Kisumu gubernatorial position to replace the incumbent professor Peter Anyang' Nyong'o in 2022.
He has further shown confidence of victory saying he has the capacity to govern the county based on his development record when he served as the MP.
Kisumu county residents, is Hon Ken Obura having what it takes to be your Governor? Feel free to share, like and comment on this post.
