Earlier today Professor Anyang Nyongo attended a meeting with president William Ruto at statehouse Nairobi.
The meeting was between top Kenya Kwanza leaders and a delegation from UK led by James Cleverly, the secretary of state for foreign, commonwealth and development affairs of the United Kingdom.
Governor Anyang Nyongo took to his official facebook page hours after the meeting James Cleverly. He further claimed that the agenda of the meeting was a Ksh 30 billion, United Green project coming to Kisumu, County.
"Earlier today at State House together with James Cleverly, the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom where we held talks over the Ksh 30 billion, United Green project coming to Kisumu". Hon. Anyang Nyongo Kisumu Governor.
It's now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming months if the United Green project will go to Kisumu or not.
