Taita Taveta County Governor Samboja has decried the spread of fake news touching on his health.
For the better part of the past week, rumors circulating on the Kenyan social platforms had it that the latter was on his death bed.
It had been rumoured that his health was wanting.
He was on a life supporting machine. He was allegedly at the intensive care unit courtesy of the massive destruction of his respiratory system by the severe acute respiratory syndromes.
However, on 22nd of March 2021, the Kenya Broadcasting Cooperation misspelled this news as misinforming.
His Excellency Samboja cited that the rumors on social arenas were politically motivated.
They were being spearheaded by enemies of his political progress and ideologies.
He further disclosed that he underwent a medical surgery a few days ago.
By God's grace, the latter is back on his feet.
