Some few days ago, the Public Service Commision, PSC released the list of shortlisted candidates who met all the requirements to be the principal secretaries. However, there are some who were not shortlisted for not meeting the requirements. Now, today, reports have emerged on a list of prominent Kenya Kwanza leaders who were rejected by the PSC despite making applications.
As reported by the Kenyans.co.ke, the top Kenya Kwanza leaders on this list is hon Wilson Sossion and the former Women representative of Laikipia county, hon Cate Waruguru. Others are; Irungu Nyakera, John Mosonik and Simon mbugua. From Azimio side, those who were rejected are; Omingo Magara, Martin Ogindo and Agostinho Neto. However, reasons for being disqualified were not revealed.
"Also axed in the shortlisted candidates were government spokesperson Colonel (Rtd) Cyrus Oguna and Root's party running mate, Justina Wamae. Applications submitted by President William Ruto's allies, Irungu Nyakera, EALA MP Simon Mbugua and former Mining Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) John Mosonik were also rejected." Said the reports.
