New Online Polls Shows the Leading Presidential Candidate After Picking Running Mates

The country features several political efforts as it approaches the August general elections. However, Presidential candidates have unveiled their running mates as they seek to form the next administration posterior to the upcoming contest.

Perhaps, the results of the most recent online polls show the most preferred presidential candidate as they all continue to consolidate and heighten their ambitions.

Realistically, Deputy President William Ruto of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) under the Kenya Kwanza Alliance and former prime minister Raila Odinga of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) under the Azimio la Umoja Coalition have emerged as the top most popular aspirants.

Accordingly, the Deputy President picked Member of Parliament Rigathi Gachagua while Raila selected Martha Karua as their running mates. Among other candidates, Kalonzo Musyoka picked Andrew Sunkuli.

However, the new Tifa polls place Raila as the best candidate with 39 percent while the Deputy President garners 35 percent before Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka who obtained 2 percent.
