Bad News to DP Ruto as IEBC's Wafula Chebukati Sounds Warnig, Banning The Following

Deputy President William Ruto has a reason to be worried after IEBC issued a statement that directly affects his campaign moves and strategies.

IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati has just released a statement, warning all politicians ahead of the eagerly awaited August general election.

IEBC has banned campaigns in places of worship, which is one of the key places that DP Ruto has been using to sell his hustler nation manifesto.

DP Ruto and his hustler nation MPs are known for taking their agenda to church every Sunday, but with the new directive, they will have to cease from the same.

Wafula Chebukati has also banned campaigning during burial ceremonies.

"Refrain from campaigning in places of worship or during burial ceremonies," read one of the directives.

Wafula has also banned politicians from using the IEBC logo on their posters, as witnessed where politicians are asking Kenyans to go and register as voters while using IEBC logo on their personal posters.

As recently witnessed in West Pokot where UDA party symbols were burnt down, Wafula has cautioned politicians that destroying symbols and posters belonging to opponents is wrong, and that can attractive bitter consequences.

Below are some of the directives:
