Peris Tobiko, sister to Cabinet Secretary Tobiko has on her Facebook page welcomed Deputy President William Ruto and the Hustler nation at large in Kajiado county.
According to the poster that she has shared on her official Facebook page, Hon. Peris has happily welcomed DP Ruto to the Ilpolosat Farm, Kaputie North, Kajiado East scheduled for Friday 8the October.
The Member of Parliament of Kajiado East will be the host of the event which will be attended by several other leaders accompanied by the second in command.
This has elicited mixed reactions on social media among Kenyans on social media given the fact that Peris is the sister of CS Tobiko who has been a harsh critic of DP Ruto in the past few months.
A section of netizens have appreciated her move to welcome the second in command with the other Kenyans thought to be of Ruto's camp welcoming her to the hustler nation.
This comes as the political harvest season has reached it's pitch with Deputy President William Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga not taking chances as realignments take shape ahead of the 2022 General Election.
The two are laying strategies to win support as they receive defectors from rival political camps
