Kirinyaga Governor Hon Ann Waiguru who has been adversely mentioned as one of the possible successors of President Uhuru Kenyatta and Mt. Kenya's regions politics has today hosted a meeting with powerful figures in Kenya's power corridors.
According to a tweet media by Waiguru, Interior PS Karanja Kibicho and Ps Charles Hinga were among her guests. The details of the meeting are yet to be disclosed but will be following up to bring up to to speed later on.
"I received a national Govt delegation including @Karanjakibicho PS Maringa @PSCharlesHinga & @jeroch1 who paid me a courtesy call in my office in Kutus." Gov Ann Waiguru
The meeting has elicited mixed reactions from the residents, below are some of the comments:-
Miss: This is a great show of unity among leaders.....in unity, good things happen.
Samuel Sumsung: It's good to see leaders coming together to discuss matters of progress to the county this is of very great importance

These meeting comes barely a day after Waiguru was caught up in ugly confrontations with a woman who shouted at her prompting her bodyguard to take action a move that has greatly been criticised.
