Governor Waiguru in Hot Soup After Her Latest Attack on Karua-Raila Presidential Ticket

The vocal Kirinyaga county governor, Anne Waiguru on Tuesday 17th found herself in a hot soup after attacking Martha Karua a day after being picked to deputise the former prime minister Raila Odinga in the August polls.

Waiguru through her facebook page maintained that the UDA of the deputy president William Ruto is the most dominant party in Kirinyaga adding that Martha Karua will not make Azimio penetrate in Kirinyaga any easier even after being picked as running mate.

"Kirinyaga ni UDA, even Martha's entry can't and won't make Azimio's entry in Kirinyaga any easier," she said.

Kenyans especially those allied the Azimio political divide were quick to fire back at her with others telling her to swallow her pride and congratulate Martha Karua being that she is a fellow woman.

"Just congratulate your fellow woman first avoid drama. Women are their biggest own enemies. You also call yourself a woman?" Geoffrey Akunga.

"Swallow your bitterness, Martha Karua is not your equal, she is more senior than you, you will not become deputy president," Wanjiku Waguchu.

" You have felt the heat and you are now seeking for sympathy votes," Robert Jaringa.

" Ulitafuta deputy president but failed, why don't you be happy for your fellow woman from Kirinyaga?" Mwalimu Kabul.

Others also told her to concentrate much on her campaigns to retain her Kirinyaga governor instead of antagonising Martha Karua for being Raila's Running Mate.

"You will not distract us from celebrating our Martha Karua with diversionary antics" Kennedy Nandiri.
