President William Samoei Ruto was today accompanied by his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua to launch the Hustler's Fund which Kenya Kwanza Alliance had promised to Kenyans during Campaign period. Taking to his Twitter account, Mutahi said, "Hustlers fund is only 0.0166% of our Ksh 3 Trillion of the budget. President Ruto has executed it with Ruthless efficiency and Panache. The bar is now high. Now we expect him to deliver the Balance of 99.98% of the budget with similar details and pomp. There is hope"

The Hustler's fund is set to be used to boost micro-business by providing low interest loans with friendly repayment terms and conditions. They will be available to people from a limit of Ksh 500- Ksh 50,000.
