Outgoing President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally made another political movement that, according to experts, pits Azimio allies and those of Kenya Kwanza from one side ahead of the much-awaited Parliamentary sitting.
According to the report hitting news airwaves, the outgoing President Uhuru Kenyatta is said to have gazetted the official dates for the first parliamentary sittings where speakers of both 2 hours will be selected.
"President Uhuru Kenyatta gazettes Thursday, September 8 at 9 am as the date for First Sitting of the new bicameral Parliament (National Assembly and Senate)," Tv 47 reports.
But the development cones barely minutes after the Supreme Court Judges Martha Koome delivered her Ruling rejecting various claims made by the ODM Leader Hon Raila Odinga.
While delivering the ruling at the Milimani Law Court, Chief Justice Martha Koome noted that IEBC deployed technology by the law.
"We are not persuaded by the allegation that the technology deployed by the IEBC failed the standard of Section 86 (A) of the constitution on integrity, verifiability, and transparency for the following reasons.
