The Wiper Democratic Movement Party led by Kalonzo Musyoka has vowed to move to court on Monday seeking to withdraw from Azimio coalition party. Makueni Member of Parliament Dan Maanzo ,who is one of the lawyers of Kalonzo Musyoka said that talks with Raila Odinga to have Kalonzo as their running mate was not forthcoming.
Maanzo said that they will be going to the High court on Monday seeking to impeach the agreement of Azimio-OKA which he claimed to have legal issues and are able to prove that the current agreement is illegal and unconstitutional. He also noted that the only reason Kalonzo shelved his presidential ambitions was because he hoped would be on the ballot as Azimio's deputy president candidate but now from far it seems Raila no longer wishes to work with Kalonzo and his party Wiper. The MP accused Raila Odinga of not being fixed about making Kalonzo Musyoka as his running mate
