The Deputy President and his Kenya Kwanza alliance has been very active over the last few months as they look to popularize the Hustler nation narrative where he has been advocating for the adoption of the bottom-up economic model in place of the trickle-down economics.
On the other side, Raila Odinga and his Azimio la Umoja group have been advocating for a United country through economic empowerment. Earlier today, ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna took to Twitter to praise Vocal Azimio Leader Gladys Wanga for her efforts in rejecting the Taxation bill which now means the reduction of Food prices.
Sifuna noted that Kenyans will enjoy their meals with products such as Maize Flour set to decrease.
