What DP Ruto Said About President Uhuru Kenyatta That Has Left Mbeere Residents Chanting.

DP Ruto together with his brigade has today continued with their second day tour in Mbeere in Embu County where they have met their supporters.

During his speech, DP Ruto has left Mbeere residents chanting after he said something positive about his boss President Uhuru Kenyatta. DP Ruto started by thanking residents for welcoming them to their region.

The DP then went ahead to thank the people of Mbeere North and South for voting for him and the president. What agitated residents is the fact that DP Ruto referred to President Uhuru Kenyatta as hie friend something that was received well by many people who were listening to him.

"Asanteni sana kwa kutukaribisha hapa Mbeere North tumefurahi ya kwamba mumetukaribisha hapa nyumbani. Mimi kwanza nataka niwaambie watu wa hapa Mbeere, Mbeere North, Mbeere South na watu wa Embu, nawaambia asante sana kwa sababu mimi na rafiki yangu Uhuru Kenyatta tulikuja hapa tukaomba kura zenu mkatupatia na mkatuongezea maombi. Mimi nataka niseme asante sana," said DP Ruto.
