Since the infamous 2018 handshake of President Uhuru Kenyatta and the Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Raila Odinga, there have been talks that it has been a smooth second term for the President.
Deputy President William Ruto was left out in the picture with much of the projects being unveiled by President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga.

Speaking on TV47 news reports, Hon Raphael Wanjala has blasted Deputy President William Ruto again by stating that Kenyans agree and laud the good work done by Raila and Uhuru, and claimed that Ruto never worked anything.
"Wakenya wanakubaliana na Rais kuwa hii miaka tano aliyoshikana na Raila amefanya kazi inayoonekana kuliko ile miaka tano aliyofanya kazi na Ruto (Kenyans are in agreement with the President that the five years with Raila has been fruitful unlike the five years with Ruto)." Hon Raphael Wanjala stated.
