Another Mt Kenya's Son Receives Blessings For Uhuru's Seat As Raila Told to Pick Peter Kenneth

President Uhuru Kenyatta is retiring next year after completing his two year term as per the Kenyan constitution.His second term has been very rough in the Jubilee party after his deputy William Ruto bolting out of the party.Currently,the party is facing challenges with some members wanting Raphael Tuju to leave the party.

Mount Kenya region has turned to be a hot zone for the presidential aspirants.Raila,Ruto, Mudavadi amongst others have been pinching camp in the region with a hope of wooing the voters.This is because the area may not have a strong presidential candidate.

Some politicians from Mount Kenya have come out to go for Uhuru's seat.Murang'a Governor Mwangi Wa Iria has indicated that he is in the race.Speaker Justin Muturi has also hit the ball rolling besides others.Raila Odinga is also optimistic of getting the MKF blessings.

Even before the actual serious presidential contenders are known from Mount Kenya region,former President Mwai Kibaki's eldest son Jimmy Kibaki is out to give it a try.Jimmy is said to have got his father's blessings to replace Uhuru next year.This may bring more reactions.He is expected to run on The New Democrats Party as revealed by Billionaire Thuo Mathenge who is the party's national chairman.

Pressure is mounting on ODM leader Raila Odinga from a section of Mount Kenya MPs to chose Peter Kenneth as his running mate.This is spearheaded by Mathioya MP Peter Kimari.With Limuru3 declaration looming,a lot will change.
