Yesterday,Azimio La Umoja named Narc Kenya party leader as Raila Odinga's running in the coming election becoming the first woman to be nominated to that position and will become the first woman in Kenyan history to become the Deputy President of Kenya if the ODM leader wins the coming election.
Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka being one of favourites contenders for the position, later ditched Azimio La Umoja after he was not named as Odinga's running mate and announced that he will vie for the President in the coming general election announcing Narok Senatorial aspirant Andrew Sunkuli as his running mate.
However, former Prime Minister in his speech promised to appoint Kalonzo as Chief Cabinet Secretary if he wins the election and becomes President of Kenya something his supporters rejected.
Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina has said that Kalonzo will be back to Azimio sooner than later as the proposed Chief Cabinet Secretary position is too good for him.
