Rarieda Constituency Member of Parliament Otiende Amollo has watered down President William Ruto's Proposal to the parliament, says it is next to impossible thing.
Through majority leader Kimani Ichungwah, President William Ruto Kenya Kwanza seeks to implement a proposal that will allow Cabinet Secretaries to come before floor of the house to answer questions pertaining respective dockets.
However, speaking at a function today, the ODM elected MP said cabinet secretaries cannot come to floor of Parliament to answer questions because they are strangers.

According to Hon. Otiende Amollo for the CSs to appear before parliament, the amendment need to be made by changing the Constitution to allow MPs become Cabinet Secretaries.
"For them to come to parliament, you must ammend the Constitution to allow CS become Mps through referendum."Otiende Amollo added.
