The 2022 election that has drawn closer is becoming a tough battle for both the new and old politicians. It is a season of transition some leaders and for others it is a time of hope and flexing of muscles. ATPU officers had today managed to break into Jimmi Wanjigi's Westlands Kwacha offices and arrested him. His arrest came after 18 hours standoff with police.
However, controversial blogger attacked him over his arrest. In his remarks Alai claimed that chasing Jimmy Wanjigi has his fights with George Kinoti and he should face his enemies like brave man and not wish others who do not even care about his existence. After his sentiments, former Kiambu Governor, William Kabogo reacted. Kabogo agreed with what was said by Alai. Jimmy Wanjigi had claimed that it is his political opponents who are trying to wrestle him down. Other leaders allied to Ruto claimed that Raila Odinga must be held responsible for Wanjigi's arrest.
