According to the news which was shared on the social media platforms, the new cabinet secretary Soipan Tuya was appointed by the president William Ruto so that to work under the ministry of environment. Soipan Tuya is among the top leaders who are currently attending the COP27 Conference. The president William Ruto was among the top leaders who officially opened the conference.
Soipan Tuya is expected to address the leaders who are currently at the conference. The climate change has affected many people in the continent including Kenya. Kajiado and Turkana counties are among the top regions which are facing alot of drought. Let us plant trees so that to improve the climate change.
