High Hopes For Kenyans Through Their Reactions After Richest Man Attends Ruto's Inauguration

A Nigerian billionaire who is also the richest man in Africa has arrived in Kenya to attend the inauguration of President-elect William Ruto. At the celebration for Ruto's inauguration, which is now taking place at the venue known as "Heroes Stadium," Aliko Dangote is one of the top VIP guests who is in attendance.

At the Kasarani International Stadium, he has just recently arrived a few minutes ago. It was reported that Mr. Dangote, who is from Nigeria, was seen sitting at the podium in the area reserved for Very Important Persons (VIPs).

This is not the first time that the Nigerian tycoon has visited Kenya; he frequently travels between the two countries. He had attempted to make an investment in Kenya in the past by developing a cement business there. Nevertheless, unanticipated events occurred, and there was a holdup in starting the factory; nevertheless, the reason for the holdup was not disclosed.

The tycoon disclosed his decision to abandon his plans to enter the Kenyan market during an interview with Jeff Koinange. The tycoon said that after encountering resistance from some of the most influential decision makers in the country, he chose to abandon his plans. He said that the top market makers in other countries were even more corrupt than those in Nigeria. Rigathi Gachagua and his wife have already arrived at Kasarani International Stadium, where the inauguration ceremony is currently taking place. Rigathi Gachagua was elected to the position of Deputy President. William Ruto, who will be the next president of Kenya, and his family are also on their way.
